Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jnlawnservice.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JN Lawn Service reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Spring Cleanup, Fall Cleanup, Shrub Trimming, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Edging provided by JN Lawn Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://jnlawnservice.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JN Lawn Service or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. JN Lawn Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JN Lawn Service arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JN Lawn Service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.
Term Changes. JN Lawn Service may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
